Join me for for a virtual breathwork healing group!

Where attention goes, energy flows. Who has constant and immediate access to your energy? I think of energy as a form of currency. We so often give our energy out to fear, uncertainty, things outside of us… and we’re often left with so little for ourselves. Unable to stand up for what we believe in or truly help others because we’re operating on empty.

In this breathwork group, we’re calling all of our energy back to us, experiencing the fullness and expansiveness of our true essence, our spirit, and we’re releasing any belief systems that tell us we need to keep doing more and take care of ourselves “when we have time.” You are not a robot, the time is now to care for yourself and listen to the wisdom your body and spirit carries.

This group will be held virtually on zoom from 7:00-8:30pm (CST). A zoom link will be sent to you the morning of the group. A recording will be made & sent to you following the group so if you can’t make it, that’s okay.

Set up your sacred space - somewhere you can lie all the way down with lots of room to expand out if desired. Your back should be flat on the floor but your knees can be bent if you’d like. Have a blanket or two nearby in case you get cold. Refrain from big thick pillows - we want to keep your throat chakra open! And communicate to any family/friends not to interrupt this time.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a somatic healing modality that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to move you into an altered state of consciousness. This type of breathwork overrides the brain's executive functioning and allows you to drop into the body, giving the body space to release stuck energies and generational wounding, and the mind to push past self-limiting beliefs.

This practice allows you to feel at home in your own body and builds nervous system resilience so you are able to react to triggers and everyday stressors from a more grounded and centered approach.

Breathwork Healing Groups are a potent experience that’s steeped in loving support and community - something we all need a little more of.

No experience is necessary to join a group - all levels of breathers are welcome. I will show you how to do the breathe, share any intentions or themes for the group, guide you through the breathwork experience, & then hold space for any questions at the end.
