I’m a certified birth doula through Mama Glow.

Pregnancy & Birth Doula Package $1000

Included in Package:

FREE consultation at a public place of your choosing (tea/coffee shop, restaurant, etc)

(2) In-person prenatal visits

(3) oracle card readings & supporting journal prompts at your time of choosing

Unlimited text & phone support from 8am-4:30pm until last postpartum visit

24/7 text & phone support at start of labor

Physical & emotional support for full duration of active labor & birth (includes all types of birth – cesarean, home, hospital) plus immediate postpartum & lactation support

(1) Virtual or in-person postpartum visit at the hospital or your home the week after birth (optional)

(1) Prenatal herbal tea package & (1) pack sitz bath herbs (enough for 10 baths) for postpartum healing

Pregnancy Breathwork Add-On for Overcoming Fear - $300 (20% off)

This optional add-on includes 2 in-person Somatic Breathwork Healing sessions intuitively tailored to you where we uncover any fears around pregnancy, birth, or beyond and create a sense of empowerment before your birth experience. Can be used any time during your pregnancy months.

Postpartum Breathwork Add-On - $300 (20% off)

Includes 2 in-person Breathwork Healing sessions tailored to you where we work through any birth trauma, undesired postpartum symptoms, feelings of being unsupported, or whatever you need it to be. Must be purchased before 6 weeks postpartum status. Can be used any time after baby is born.

FAQs

A doula a trained professional who offers in-depth support to women and families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I get to know you well before birth, go over birthing preferences & overcome fears around birth. I help you during labor with various supportive positions, intuitively anticipate your needs, advocate for your birth preferences, keep you informed as things come up, and empower you through the whole experience.
Nope! A doula is a separate support person and does not count as one of your allowed guests. Prior communication is just needed between me & your chosen hospital so I can send over my credentials and certification.
I think yes! No matter how supportive our partners or friends are, it’s still incredibly helpful to have a doula there to help you through different supportive positions, intuitively help you with things like tying your hair up or throwing on some chapstick without asking, setting up the birthing space to feel comfortable, moving through any fears that arise, or to be your advocate.
Unfortunately, no. There are some doulas out there that do if you’re looking for that but I prefer to be in person for several reasons. However, I can offer breathwork services virtually to help you prepare for birth - just checkout my breathwork page.
